Eucharistic Adoration

The Legion of Mary
The Legion of Mary is hosting the Annual Rosary in the Park at the Memorial Gardens on Saturday 15th October starting at 10.30am, breaking for a sausage sizzle and concluding early afternoon.

Special Mass for St Michael’s Feast Day 29th September
All are invited to attend the 6.30pm Mass at St Michael’s Cathedral Wagga Wagga, on Thursday 29th September to celebrate the Feat of St Michael, our Cathedral’s Patron. Music will be provided by “The Cecilian Choristers”. Following Mass there will be a supper in the parish centre for youth 13-30 years. March for the Babies
Saturday 8th October 2011 March for the Babies to the steps of Parliament in Melbourne to demand that the Government overturn the most extreme abortion law in the western world. NSW is the next target. Vehicles will leave from the front of the Three Monkeys Tavern on the Lincoln Causeway in Wodonga at 9.00am if you need a lift. It will be a joyful, pro-life family day trip to stand up for the babies without a voice. See information at the back of the church.

Parent’s Helpful Instruction on Sex Ed for Children
Dr Gerard O’Shea, lecturer at John Paul II Institute on the Family, Melbourne, will speak to parents on how to teach Sex Ed to their children on Thursday 17th November from 7.30-8.30pm in St Patrick’s Hall. Dr O’Shea has produced a resource entitled “As I Have Loved You” which will be available to purchase at the presentation.

Divine Mercy Devotions at Marian Hills
This devotion in honour of St Faustina is held on Sunday 23rd October at Marian Hills, Divine Mercy Shrine at Tarcutta. The day includes Mass at 12.30pm (Rosary and confession before), BYO lunch, Eucharistic procession to the cross hill finishing with Benediction, Divine Mercy Chaplet and veneration of the 1st class relic of St Faustina.

Mary’s Junior League meets on the first Wednesday of the month from 3.30pm to 5.00pm. For information please ring Anna on 6023 3838.

Albury Young Adults 18-35 Years
There will be no Holy Hour for the youth tonight. Instead, you are invited to the feast of St. Michael Mass and dinner at St. Michael’s Cathedral, Wagga Wagga on 29th Thursday night at 6.30pm.

St Patrick’s Youth Group meets on the first Sunday of the month after the 10.30am Mass.

Mother’s Group

Healing Seminar, Healing Mass & Healing Service
St Patrick’s, Wednesday 28th September
Celebrate Jesus the Healer with Dr John Bonnici, a medical doctor and a gifted, popular international speaker with a wonderful healing ministry from Malta. He comes with a letter of recommendation from the Bishop of Malta.

March for the Babies

90 Years of the Legion of Mary
There will be a Mass on Thursday 8th September at 6pm in St Patrick’s Church to celebrate 90 years of the Legion of Mary. Fr Murphy will be the main celebrant. All are welcome.

Victorian Abortion Law
Victorian MP Bernie Finn will speak on Monday 5th September at 7.00pm in the Waratah Room, Commercial Club, Albury, about the extreme Victorian Abortion Law which is heading to New South Wales. If you haven’t heard Bernie speak before, you are in for a treat.
